What time can I check-in?
From 3pm you can check-in. If you arrive earlier, we can store your suitcases at the reception.
What time do I have to leave the room (check-out)?
The time to check-out and leave the room is until 11 a.m.
Can I leave the room later?
It is possible to check-out later under a surcharge according to the departure time and according to availability.
Do you accept pets in your hotel?
We are sorry, but we do not accommodate any type of pet in our hotel.
Can I connect to Wi-Fi?
Yes, it is available for free in the public areas.
Is parking available?
The parking available is outdoor and free.
What are the hours of the water zone?
You can relax in our relaxation area with jacuzzi and sauna, from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (adults only after 6:30 p.m.).
Informative Note: currently the water area is closed.
What are the entry conditions to the water zone?
Admission is €10/adult for 45 minutes, over 16 years old. Please go to reception to reserve in advance.

What are the rates for children?
They will be considered babies from 0 to 1 years old and children from 2 to 12 years old. From 13 you will count as an adult.
Are cots available?
Yes, we have cribs available for free. Request it when you make the reservation. It works under availability.
What are the restaurant hours?
Breakfast: 7:00h - 10:00h
Dinner: 19:00h - 22:00h
